Setting Up Outlook for POP3 access when running Windows XP

First, click Tools, then E-mail Accounts:

This should bring up the email accounts wizard. Select Add a new-e-mail account and click Next.

Select POP3 as the type of email server and click next.

Now fill in user, server and login information to set-up your email account. For the user information enter your name as you would like it to appear on your messages. The server information will also need to be specified as follows:

Incoming mail server (POP3):
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):

You will also need to specify your username and password in the Logon information section. Click next when you have entered all the required information.

Click the Next and then Finish button and your email account would be added.
